And although motels may not be the first thing that springs to mind when discussing politics, The Richards Group threw their 30 year old Tom Bodett campaign for Motel 6, into the presidential race. Their party message parody managed to poke fun at both sides and stayed relevant for months.
Netflix were quick to jump on the bandwagon for their new show Narco’s. With this simple image they made a statement about Trump’s and Pablo’s similar moral ambiguity, and subtlety poked at the irony of the Trump’s political message.
